The official website of the developer is down. However, the version you mentioned was tested on Windows 8 on 64-bit and it didn't encounter any compatibility issues. Due to this, you can use the CleanUp program on your computer with Windows 8.1 installed.
No, according to the information presented on the developer's website, the application is not compatible with 64bit operating systems. You can use Your Uninstaller 7 as an alternative. The application is compatible with newer operating systems and 32 or 64bit architecture OSes.
How do you manage to clean up so many files every day? It is quite amazing.

Indeed, the application is very fast when it comes to deleting files because it has a set of filters designed to easily identify the files, their paths, and directories where most of the temporary files are stored. Because of that, the moment you scan for files, the application will search and rapidly display the results. If you need a complementary application, use CCLeaner because of the registry support.
